We do not have a refund policy for deposits on trips once the transaction has been completed, as we incur various operational costs. Therefore, in the event of unforeseen circumstances on the customer's part, which lead to a sudden trip rescheduling or cancellation after booking, please note that we do not offer a refund for the deposit.
